- How long does it take to process my order? Average production time is 3 to 5 business days. This is how long it takes to make your item on demand. We use different providers to make our products.
- How long will it take to receive my order after it's processed? Orders are packed and shipped as soon as possible, usually 5–10 days after you place your order and it is processed. Standard shipping typically takes between 1-2 weeks.
- How much is shipping? Standard Shipping starts at $4.95 but may vary. We do not offer Express Shipping.
- When will I receive my tracking number? As soon as your order is prepared and packed, we'll send you the tracking code by email. We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. However, we can't be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as a wrong address entered on your order, severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
- My order was lost or stolen, what do I do? Please contact your local post office as soon as possible about your order's whereabouts and file a claim.
