RETURN & REFUND POLICY
NO REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your items for exchange or store credit.  We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item was delivered to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase. 
To start a return, you can contact us on our contact page.  If your return is accepted, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to Phenomenal Moments Travel store.  Insturctions on how and where to send your package will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
DAMAGES OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
